Welcome to my website which tells you a bit about me and my psychological practice in Enghien les Bains.

I offer counselling and listening to people who seek help with all sorts of difficulty in a confidential, non- judmental and respectful way. The counselling relationship can offer you the opportunity to talk to someone who is deeply concerned about you but not directly involved in the situation.

Even though I have a freudian background, I practice Solution Focused Brief Therapies along with EMDR in case of acute traumas and in some cases Hypnosis.

I can help you with Anxiety, Depression, Bereavment, Stress, Emotionnal Issues and any kind of Identity Crisis.

Who am I ? I was first an anthopologist but I turned to psychology 20 years ago. I am a registered clinical psychologist and studied in Paris VII University. Further on, I took training courses with the psychoanalyst J.P. Winter for about 10 years. Then I qualified for Solution Focused Brief Therapies, and I got certificates for Palliative Care and Chronic Pain Management.

I am what you would call a "generalist" as far as psychology is concerned. I took care in the last 20 years of babies, children, adults, couples and older people. I worked for ten years in a Palliative Care Team in the Fort De France Universitary Hospital ( Martinique, French West Indies). The counselling I offer is influenced by my own integration of experience, personnal studies and beliefs.

I have a strong conviction that people are inherently strong ans resilient but, in times of challenge, we sometimes lose sight of our own resourcefulness and I keep being amazed by the strength and spirit of each human being, however old he is. This is why I feel so passionately about my job and never get bored.
